What’s Up With My Eye Exercises

Hey Readers…

It’s been some time since I’ve written about my actual progress with eye exercises.

Well the truth is I haven’t been doing the eye exercises… at least not in strict accordance with the Rebuild Your Vision Program. Generally I would simple do some natural eye exercises whenever my eyes get tired or feel strained… and they do work.

With my experience with doing eye exercises, I now know that they:

  1. Have my eyes feeling less strained
  2. Improve my ability to focus

I have been giving my eyes the proper nutrition though. In addition to taking a multivitamin which has all the right vitamins and minerals that promote healthy eyes, I eat carrots very often and try to drink at least 5 glasses of water every day.

For those of you that are interested in improving your eyesight, but are fed up of wearing glasses or afraid of doing eye surgery, I would say go ahead and try one of the Eye Exercise Programs… but be consious of this:

If You Don’t Do The Eye Exercises Regularly, Don’t Expect Results – It seems that humans are lazy by nature and much rather getting quick results. That is why eye surgery is so popular. However, eye exercises is a natural and therefore slow alternative. You have to do the exercises often (preferably everyday) and consistently to experience significant improvement in your eyesight.

Expect That You Will What To Give Up – This point follows from the first point. Due to lazy nature of humans, you are going to get impatient, perhaps because you think that you are not experiencing significant improvement fast enough. It is important that you remember something – more likely than not, it took years for your eyesight to deteriorate to the its present state; it is unfair that you would expect to reverse the process within a mere days.

See You Next Time,

William

Vision Fact of The Month From Rebuild Your Vision Program

February 6th, 2009 wmeng24 No comments

As you may already know, I am signed up with the Rebuild Your Vision Program Newsletter. This means that every month, I get useful tips and information related to eye exercises and eye care.

In the most recent newsletter, they sent some interesting vision facts about the cornea:

The cornea is the only living tissue in the human body that does not contain any blood vessels. (The cornea is the eye’s outermost layer. It is the clear, dome-shaped surface that covers the front of the eye.)

The cornea receives its nourishment from the tears and aqueous humor that fills the chamber behind it.

If cornea is scratched, healthy cells slide over quickly and patch the injury before infection occurs and vision is affected, but deeper scratches may require medical attention.

Interesting, isn’t it?

Another Rebuild Your Vision Testimonial

June 16th, 2008 wmeng24 No comments

Here is another testimonial from the Rebuild Your Vision Program. This one is from Margot Costenoble of Australia:

“I am 73 years old. I was found to have right eye pressure of 35 on a routine checkup and was sent to specialist. After three months I finally got to see the specialist who confirmed it was glaucoma and the reading was still the same. 27 on the left eye and 35 on the right eye. Then I looked up on the internet and found you and I ordered the Ocu-Plus Formula. In one month’s time my pressure dropped to 20 on left and 22 on right! That is really good.”

I hope you find these testimonials as encouraging as I do…

Just Finished Some Eye Exercises

May 18th, 2008 wmeng24 No comments

I just finished some eye exercises, and I thought I would share some things that I’ve noticed with you.

In the last post, I shared two links to free eye exercises from the Rebuild Your Vision Program and the Janet Goodrich Method.

I have noticed that both of these eye exercises allow you to exercise the eye muscle which allow you to accommodate, that is, the muscles which allow your eyes to switch between focusing  on near objects and focusing on far objects. You will be able to actually feel the muscles working :-)

Also, Corina (of the Janet Goodrich Method) suggests that you listen to some soothing music while doing your eye exercise. Well I tried doing that today… and it did indeed help. So try it when you’re doing the exercises.

To your improved vision,

William

Free Eye Exercises

May 10th, 2008 wmeng24 No comments

I have been doing a lot of searching online for sites related to eye care, eye exercises and natural vision improvement methods. On a lot of the community sites that I have found, many people ask about examples of eye exercises that can be done to natural improve vision…

Well here are two free eye exercises that you can try:

This first one is from the Rebuild Your Vision Program3-Cups Eye Exercise

And this second one is from the Janet Goodrich Method. I found this site a few weeks ago, and I emailed the owner (Carina Goodrich – the daughter of Janet Goodrich)…. quite a nice person. It’s actually an audio file that you can download – Magic Pencil Eye Exercise

I have found both of these exercises to be quite interesting..

Vision Facts and Rebuild Your Vision Testimonials

May 5th, 2008 wmeng24 No comments

As part of the Rebuild Your Vision Program, you get a monthly newsletter which gives you, among other things, useful tips on eye health. You also get success stories about people who have experienced positive results from doing the eye exercises.

Today I want to share with you some interesting vision facts as well as a testimonional from a Rebuild Your Vision user:

Vision Facts

  1. The shark cornea has been used in eye surgery, since its cornea is similar to a human cornea!!!
  2. The cornea is the only living tissue in the human body that does not contain any blood vessels

.. And here is the testimonial from Tom Mckernan from Australia

“I’m 56, male and aware that the ‘rebuildyourvision’ concept works. I found it delightful to see long distance clearly again. From reading street signs at 300 – 400 feet and seeing the details thirty miles away. Just seeing what the mountains have on them, contours, trees, rocks, etc, is great.”

I wanted to share the testimonial, because I’ve found that reading these testimonials helps motivate me to keep doing the eye exercises. Ever so often, I’ll post some more testimonials and hope that they would help motivate you as well.
