Hello William ,
Apologies for the delay from my end too.
i had a batch of exams and tests all through the past month - i discontinued the exercises and hence the vision is blurred now.

Though i am not following the "Rebuild Your Vision" program, i believe , what ever the routine is , vision improvement through eye exercises is definetly possible.

Also, i experienced the adverse effects of even the smallest amount of stress , which persons with normal vision and/or spectacles wldnt notice.
Even slogging just for one night (EVEN after ample sleep during the day) before the tests, blurred my vision!!!!
Thus , we have to keep doing the exercises to maintain vision i guess.

Now that i saw improvement of 0.5 dioptres! i cld safely mention the exercises i did.
I followed a very simple set of exercises which can be done at any time , anywhere and dont need charts or such other details.
Some of the exercises which i did are given in the following links :

http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=967956

http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=967958
http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=967959

Hope you find some of them useful since you seem to have tight schedules.
Otherwise, hope you are having improvements.
Warm Regards,

Hey Balamani,

I am sorry for such a late response..

Actually, I am very much ashamed.... I have been soooo busy at work and other things, that I haven't done much exercises since my last post in back in September.

I would have thought that the news that my eyesight improved a little bit, would have motivated me to start back my regular exercises...

Even worst, most of the work I have been doing during the past month, that had me so busy, was computer work... I've spent hours on the computer :(

Anyways, I must thank you for your encouragement...

I have intention of starting some exercises tomorrow... in fact, I'll start tonight!

Dear Williams,
Been almost a week since i got the new pair of spectacles.
My vision shuttles between good and bad.Distant objects are a little blurred, since i am myopic.
We have to keep doing the exercises for sustained vision.

How about you? Are you feeling your vision improve?
Also, does only changing the diet or only including raw foods and vegetables indeed improve vision?

My father improved his vision using the See Clearly Method. Mine have improved simply by drinking fresh vegetable juices and increasing my intake of raw food. There are numerous studies that seem to state that improving one's overall nutrition might assist in improving ones eyesight. I know at my last optometrist appointment my optometrist kept commenting how healthy my eyes were, and they had improved since my last visit. It wasn't all in my head.

Once or twice a day is quite regular... I am probably doing it as much per week..

And worst than that... I have been doing a lot of computer work over the past few months.... not good for my eyes.

I remember when I started... and was doing the exercises more regularly, my eyes also felt a bit uncomfortable when wearing specs. However, I never got around to getting a weaker pair of glasses.

Anyways, thanks for your comments and ....

Please do keep updating...

Hi WIlliam,

Before anything! i know this is a big mistake! but my power is = (left -4.0 and right -4.50).

i havent being doing the eye exercises regularly….
but made sure to definetly do it atleast once or twice a day.

Today i thought i wld start afresh on a regular basis , with a proper routine.
So i went to the optician to get my power checked….and though the power was more or less the same, the doc mention ’slight changes’.

He said that it was alright for me to wear power of -3.75 , but since i am comfortable with the present power, i cld continue with the same pair of spectacles!!!!!

Well, this change cld be attributed to the infrequent eye exercises or simply to the fact that i am having holidays , so dont really read books and spend most of my time at home……

Either ways , i guess , i am motivated to do the exercises further.
If not getting rid of spectacles , i wld atleast have a much much more relaxed pair of eyes!

Otherwise, i experience discomfort when wearing specks for a long time, hence dont wear it a lot.

Besides ,it indeed was mentioned, that we must reduce usage of the spectacles.

I hope this is a motivation ,not just to me but to the readers too!
There is nothing to loose, only gains!
Hope the eyes exercises really work :)
Will keep updating.
Love and light,
Balamani
