I have not been doing the exercises regularly, despite the fact that I only need to do them once a day for 30mins 
Anyways, I am supposed to have an appointment with the optician at the end of the month…

Hello there! Just like to wish you the best with your program and I hope that your eyesight does improve. But I’d also like to suggest this for some motivation. Please go to amazon.com and search for “The Program for Better Vision” and read the customer reviews of people who have bought the program, these are reviews from ACTUAL people, people that you can actually email and comment to and stuff, not marketers, and have also actually recovered their vision, sure, theres the 1 or 2 opticians on the page that give it the thumbs down but most of the customers say its good. So yeah lol thought I’d like to point that out.
